This Privacy Policy describes how Suprplay Gaming LLP and its affiliates (collectively, “Suprplay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, store, share, and protect information in connection with your use of our website(s), mobile applications, and related services — including Ludo Clash (the “App”) and any games, features, or platforms we operate (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service includes software you download or use on a device (“Mobile Apps”), games and applications offered through social networking sites (“SNS Apps”), software embedded on websites, software running on our servers (“Suprplay Software”), content and documentation on our domains, and information you share with other users through the Service.

Your privacy matters to us. We design the Service to help protect your information from unauthorized disclosure. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and when we may share it. Please read it carefully. By registering for, accessing, using, or downloading any part of the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This Privacy Policy is framed in view of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), read with Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and other applicable laws. We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on our website and update the effective date. You should review this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Types of Information

Personal Information

“Personal Information” means information that may identify an individual, including but not limited to: first and last name; physical or mailing address; telephone number; date of birth; age; gender; email address; other contact details; and financial information such as bank account, credit/debit card, or other payment details when you make purchases.

“Sensitive Personal Data or Information” (“SPDI”) includes Personal Information relating to passwords, financial information (bank accounts, credit and debit cards, or other payment instruments), and physical or health-related information where applicable. We limit collection of Personal Information to what is necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Business Information

“Business Information” means information that may identify a business entity, including entity name and address, date of incorporation, business email, registered office contact, company identification number (CIN), financial or tax identifiers (e.g., PAN), director names, and similar corporate details, where you interact with us in a business capacity.

Non-Personal Information

“Non-Personal Information” means information that does not, on its own, identify a specific individual or business — for example: browser type; referring URL; Internet Service Provider (ISP); operating system; Internet Protocol (IP) address; device type; language settings; and general usage statistics. We may collect Non-Personal Information about visits to our website or App, pages viewed, and similar metrics. We may also collect Non-Personal Information you voluntarily provide, such as responses to surveys or questionnaires.

Usage Information

“Usage Information” includes data collected automatically through the Service (including via analytics providers), such as system logs, statistical and demographic data, operational metrics, cookies, traffic patterns, time spent in the App, number of visits, session duration, in-game actions (where not personally identifying), and other information describing how you use the Service.

Personal Information, SPDI, Business Information, Non-Personal Information, and Usage Information are collectively referred to as “Information.”

What We Collect

Depending on how you use Ludo Clash and the Service, we may collect:

  • Account and profile data — When you register or sign in (including via Google, Facebook, Apple, or other third-party login), we may receive your display name, email, profile photo, user ID, and other fields permitted by that provider and your account settings.
  • Game and social data — In-game username, avatar, game progress, scores, rankings, match history, friends list, chat or voice-related metadata (where features are enabled), invitations, and content you choose to share in multiplayer or social features. Actions performed with other players may be visible to them and are at your discretion.
  • Device and technical data — Device model, operating system, unique device or advertising identifiers, carrier, language, country, IP address, app version, crash logs, and performance data.
  • Location data — Approximate location derived from IP address; precise location only if you grant permission through your device settings.
  • Contacts — With your explicit permission, we may access your address book to help you invite friends. You can revoke this permission in device settings.
  • Payment and billing data — For in-app purchases (coins, gems, subscriptions, or other virtual goods), payment processors may collect billing name, address, and payment method details. We typically receive transaction IDs and purchase status, not full card numbers.
  • Communications — If you contact support, report a problem, or participate in promotions, we collect the information you provide in those messages.
  • Advertising and analytics data — Ad interaction data, campaign identifiers, and similar metrics used to measure and deliver ads (see “Data Sharing” and “Cookies” below).
  • Voice chat (if enabled) — When you use voice features powered by third-party providers (e.g., Agora), we may process room identifiers and tokens required to connect you to a session. Voice content may be transmitted in real time; retention practices depend on feature configuration and provider policies.

Other than information you provide at registration or for billing, we do not generally require government-issued IDs or highly sensitive personal data to play Ludo Clash. Optional profile fields (gender, age, hobbies, etc.) are voluntary.

We may supplement Information from other lawful sources (e.g., public profiles on social networks you connect, or information other users provide when inviting you). Third-party platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store, Facebook, etc.) have their own privacy policies — please review them before connecting accounts.

Content in Ludo Clash may be delivered or hosted through partners. Those partners may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Links on our site to external websites are not covered by this policy.

To improve the Service, we collect aggregate Activity Information (e.g., IP address, browser or app type, referring URLs, pages or screens viewed, click counts, session length, dates and times). By using the Service, you consent to our retaining such Information in anonymized or aggregated form as long as reasonably necessary for analytics, security, and product improvement.

Children Under the Age of 13

Suprplay does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 13, do not use the Service or send us Personal Information. If we learn we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete it as quickly as possible. If you believe we may have information from or about a child under 13, contact us at privacy@suprplay.games.

Children Between the Ages of 13 and 18

We recommend that users between 13 and 18 obtain parental or guardian permission before providing Personal Information online or making purchases without adult supervision.

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties for their independent marketing lists. We use Information to:

  • Create and manage your account and game profile;
  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Ludo Clash and the Service;
  • Enable multiplayer, friends, leaderboards, private rooms, and social features;
  • Process in-app purchases and deliver virtual items;
  • Verify transactions, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • Send service-related notices (updates, security alerts, support replies);
  • With your consent, send promotional emails, SMS, or push notifications (you may opt out);
  • Deliver and measure advertising, including interest-based or behavioral advertising;
  • Analyze usage to fix bugs, optimize performance, and develop new features;
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests;
  • Protect the rights, property, and safety of Suprplay, our users, and the public.

Push and local notifications. With your permission, we may send push or local notifications about game events, rewards, or updates. Manage notifications in the App settings or your device settings.

Third-party partners. We use partners for social login, analytics, cloud hosting, payment processing, advertising (including Google AdMob and similar networks), crash reporting, and voice/chat SDKs. These partners may process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies. Partners may receive device identifiers, IP address, app activity, and ad interaction data for ad delivery, attribution, and fraud prevention.

Interest-based advertising. We and our advertising partners may use Information to show ads on our Service and on third-party sites or apps (“interest-based” or “online behavioral” advertising). You can limit ad tracking on mobile devices (see “Controlling Your Personal Information”).

Legal disclosure. We may access, preserve, and disclose Information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to: comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; enforce our agreements; detect or prevent fraud or security issues; or protect Suprplay, users, or others. We are not required to challenge the validity of lawful requests.

We may retain copies of your content or account data for a period after account closure as needed for backup, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention, then delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention practices.

We use Non-Personal and technical Information (including IP address) to operate and secure the Service, diagnose errors, and create new products. We may share Information with service providers who assist us under contract; they may not use it for unrelated purposes. Some sharing is necessary to deliver core functionality (e.g., authentication, payments, multiplayer servers at api.suprplay.games and related hosts) and may not be subject to opt-out where required for the Service to function.

We may use third-party providers to process email addresses or transaction data associated with in-app purchases (e.g., for receipts or tax compliance). Authorized Suprplay personnel and contracted processors may access Information only as needed to provide the Service and as described in this policy.

Controlling Your Personal Information

Messages or posts that contain Personal Information may be collected or viewed by others. You can opt out of promotional push notifications in App or device settings.

Limit ad tracking:

  • Apple (iOS): Settings → Privacy → Tracking — turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track,” or enable “Limit Ad Tracking.”
  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads — enable “Opt out of Ads Personalization” (wording may vary by device).

You may request account deletion by contacting privacy@suprplay.games. Deletion removes your profile from active use; we may retain certain data as described above or as required by law.

Others’ Information

If you provide another person’s email or contact details to invite them to Ludo Clash or the Service, we use that information only to send the invitation and related reminders. Invitees may opt out of further invitations. We may disclose such information when required by law.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and partners may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies to store preferences, understand usage, personalize experience, and deliver advertising. Cookies are small text files on your device. Unless you provide Personal Information (e.g., by logging in), cookies alone typically do not identify you personally; linked data may be treated as Personal Information.

Session cookies are often deleted when you close your browser. You may refuse cookies through browser settings, but some features may not work properly. Third parties may also place cookies on our properties; we do not control all third-party tracking.

Links and Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to other websites or content hosted by third parties. Their privacy practices govern information collected on those sites. We are not responsible for third-party policies or content.

Withdrawal of Consent and Account Deletion

You may withdraw consent for processing of Personal Information by writing to privacy@suprplay.games. Withdrawal may limit or end your ability to use some or all features. You may delete your account through in-app settings (where available) or by email request, subject to our Terms of Service and legal retention requirements.

Rectification / Correction of Personal Information

You may review and request correction or deletion of Personal Information you provided, subject to verification of your identity. Corrections may affect gameplay or linked services. We may deny requests that violate others’ rights or applicable law. Send correction requests to privacy@suprplay.games with sufficient detail to locate your account. We will use reasonable efforts to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Data Sharing

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads in Ludo Clash and on related properties. Our systems and ad partners may use Activity Information, cookies, visit history, and in-app behavior to target advertising. Third parties may place their own cookies or beacons on your device. We do not provide advertisers with your Personally Identifiable Information for their independent use unless you choose to share it (e.g., by clicking an ad or completing a form). If you respond to a targeted ad, the advertiser may infer that you match the intended audience.

We may share Information with:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, customer support, anti-cheat);
  • Advertising and attribution partners;
  • Social and login providers you authorize;
  • Law enforcement or regulators when legally required;
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (subject to this policy).

International Transfers

Your Information may be processed in India and other countries where we or our partners operate. By using the Service, you consent to transfer and processing in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence, with appropriate safeguards where required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit (e.g., SSL/TLS), access controls, and secure server practices to protect Information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. You transmit Information at your own risk. Report security concerns to privacy@suprplay.games.

Data Retention

We retain Information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements.

Your Rights (Including India)
